BDA nepal has its own 5-story office building on the main road to Sukedhara from Bishalnagar ,in ward no-5 of Kathmandu. The building was recently purchased and renovated to fit the work of the firm. Total House area is 6346 sq ft.

All office rooms are linked with computer network. The computer facilities in the office is almost One dozen Pentium computer IBM compatible with A0 plotter, photo-scanner, half dozen print Various engineering, Architectural design software are also available on top of commonly used Software.
The office is well facilitated with the library (with of books, manuals, computer software) Record room (past work records including drawing, tender documents, study reports, as built Drawings etc. up to 5 years) and an archive room where documents older than 5 years are stored
Secretarial back up is provided by 2 photocopiers with enlargement & reduction facilities, spiral Binding machine. Communications are provided by fax, email, internets& telephones.
